I’m going to try to stretch this tiny post over the whole day.

I am actually writing it on Sunday night, scheduling it for Monday, and I am exhausted. This was my first day off of having anywhere to go in more than a month. I didn’t leave the house, and I am still decompressing from all the excitement of the past 30 days.

The bikes are in the shop! The modifications to Jordan’s gears and brakes were a bad idea. The brakes disengaged while she was riding and, in her attempt to stop, she swerved into her brother’s path and they collided. Nothing broken but the bikes with some nice asphalt burns for the kids. The shop mechanic will have to set Jordan’s bike back to manufacturer’s specifications, and I’ll have to figure out how to manage her left side weakness against a non-modified bike.

Add another kitchen cocktail to the list: Smirnoff green apple vodka mixed with Cherry 7Up. Fruity and yum! My default is still the two sweet teas, but the apple cherry vodka is perfect for really happy days. ♫ Like when you’re already happy, and you want to be happier: apple cherry vodka.
