Yes, it’s past time for Ehren to be sleeping in his crib, and tonight is really the night.
Or, by this posting, last night.
Babies have been found after eight days in the rubble of the Haiti earthquake. No food, no water, sheltered only by debris. It is highly possible that Ehren could survive crying himself to sleep in confusion and hurt feelings. His is certainly a first world complaint and Mommy has first world abandonment issues.
He was asleep in 33 minutes. I’ll know more later if he slept through the night. For now, I will have my first night’s sleep without him kicking me since he was four months in the womb.
Hope you woke rested and content this morning.
It was soooo nice not to wake up every 20 minutes to catch him before he wiggled out of the bed. And I had the bed to myself until 3:30. I didn’t want his crying waking up the kids and the neighbors. Round 2 tonight…
I hope you both had a lovely night’s sleep.
