whenever you do get the internal error 500 message, hit refresh then throw your computer across the room. That should fix it.

I had two packages to ship yesterday. I usually use the UPS Store, but I also wanted to go to the bookstore and there is no bookstore near UPS, so I went to FedEx yesterday for much of the same reason I shop at Target: everything was in one spot.
